Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at shaheenvisa.com and any services provided by Shaheen Visa Consultancy ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Mr Atta, based between Alexandria, USA and Jakarta, Indonesia. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important: Shaheen Visa Consultancy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We provide visa guidance and consultancy services only. No part of our service constitutes legal representation.
1. Services Provided
Shaheen Visa Consultancy provides visa guidance and consultancy services to Pakistani nationals, including but not limited to:
- Assessment and analysis of individual visa cases.
- Guidance on visa documentation requirements and preparation.
- Advice on application strategy for visit visas, study visas, and refusal recovery.
- Review of application materials including cover letters and supporting documents.
Our services are advisory in nature. We do not submit visa applications on your behalf unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
We explicitly do not guarantee, promise, or represent that any visa application will be approved. Visa decisions are made solely and exclusively by the relevant embassy, high commission, or immigration authority of the destination country. Any claim by a consultant that they can guarantee visa approval is fraudulent — we do not make such claims.
Our role is to maximise the strength and quality of your application through thorough preparation and accurate guidance. The final decision always rests with the immigration authority.
3. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your situation, documents, and travel history.
- Inform us promptly of any material changes to your circumstances.
- Not submit any fraudulent, misleading, or falsified documents as part of your visa application.
- Make timely payment of agreed service fees.
- Understand that visa approval cannot be guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of immigration authorities.
Submitting fraudulent documents to embassies is a serious offence and is entirely the client's responsibility. Shaheen Visa Consultancy accepts no liability for the consequences of any fraudulent submissions made by clients.
4. Fees and Payment
The initial case analysis is provided free of charge. Service fees for paid engagements are agreed in writing (via WhatsApp or email) before any work commences. Fees are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not accept payment before providing you with a clear scope of service and fee structure.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal case details, documents, or communications with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on shaheenvisa.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and blog articles — is the property of Shaheen Visa Consultancy and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shaheen Visa Consultancy shall not be liable for:
- Any visa refusal, regardless of the services provided.
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
- Any losses arising from reliance on information provided on this website.
- Actions or decisions made by embassies, immigration authorities, or third parties.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to government portals, embassy websites, and other third-party resources. These links are provided for information purposes only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external websites.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to decline or terminate services to any client at our discretion, including if a client provides false information, requests fraudulent document preparation, or behaves in a manner that is abusive or unlawful. In such cases, any fees already paid for work not yet completed may be refunded at our discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
